Franky Van Egroo was born into a farming family in Lo-Reninge (West Flanders, Belgium). From a young age, he was bittenby technology and agricultural vehicles.When in 1979 his father Roger Van Egroo bought a brand new Fiat tractor, it was not only an incredible asset for the farm but also for Franky. He spent many hours on and around this FIAT tractor.

However, Franky did not take over his parents' farm, but decided to start ametalworking company, specializing in turning, milling, construction, and hydraulic cylinders.

In 1995, Sabine Claeys became his wife, and together they further developed their company VEF metalworking bvba.

By chance, Franky found an old Fiat 880DTonline. Out of pure nostalgia, he made the restorationof it his hobby. Every single part was refurbished or renewed.de restauratie ervan zijn hobby. Werkelijk elk onderdeel werd gereviseerd of vernieuwd.

And it didn't stop there.The hobby became a small business.In 2010, Franky built the first tow truck for tractor pulling, completely made from Fiat components, and named it “The Black Fury.” Now, 10 years later, there are already 3 tow trucks, each with their specific features. In 2018, Sabine and Franky sold their metalworking company VEF to an investment company. At that time, Metalworking VEF bvba had about 20 employees. Half a year later, the now fifty-somethings Sabine and Franky decided to start a new business, based solely on hobby and nostalgia.Omnipull bv specializes in the purchase and sale of tractors and parts, in particular ofFIAT-New Holland.
